Can I use my same phones?

The answer is it depends if you have most 7800 and 8800 series phones most likely we can upgrade the firmware. If you have other models you might also be able to use them and can find a list here: Devices for Webex

What other integrations or business software tie ins are there?

There is a massive amount of integrations that already exist. Such as tie ins for Salesforce, MSFT teams, and many others you can find here. https://apphub.webex.com/

We also have developers we work with that we can refer you to if you want custom integrations built out.

How long does it take to port over my numbers?

We normally tell people it takes 30-45 days to port from when we submit it just to be safe. In reality it can take as little as 9 days.

Is it as challenging to make a move from my current phone system to a new one as it was in years past?

A lot of people have this misconception that its really hard to move from one system to the next and in truth more than 90% of the time its very simple and when we go live we have trained your users and admin staff, setup and shipped any hardware and on the go live date you then go from one system to the next. We also support you post migration to clean up any outstanding issues

Do I need physical phones at all?

The Answer is no but some people still want to buy them because they like having a phone on their desk. You can use the mobile app, or app on the computer just as easily.

Can I do a trial?

You absolutely can do a trial and if you scroll back up to the top you can book a meeting and we can set you up right there.

How do i get support post migration?
